I had an interview with a VA-contracted Psychologists for my claim of Major Depressive Disorder. It’s pass time that I see a new psychiatrist. I’m going to the VA.

I like that Teyonah Parris has my therapist’s face. That makes me smile.

My therapist told me about the audio playback feature in my college textbooks, and the required reading game has changed.

I’m on some new meds, and I’m feeling pretty good.

This afternoon, I stepped into the shower and didn’t need to adjust the temperature. It was perfect. I’ve had 14,000+ days of life, and that has happened maybe 3 times.
