I’m so damn proud of this track! This afternoon, I was listening to a few episodes of my narrated essays from mikewriting.com. I played this trailer episode and got a really big smile on my face.
It’s not a gloating, full of myself admiration. It’s a genuine “that me from a few years ago did really well” feeling. I am very pleased with my past self and what I made.
I really enjoyed clicking publish on a new narration. I liked the writing part too, of course. I think I stopped because I let myself burn out by trying to keep a schedule that wasn’t realistic for me.
Today, I don’t want to write essays. I want to speak. I want to present.
So, it’s not that I ran out of things to write about at length. I just became passionate about a different mediums. I really, really love what I made with Mike Writing Narrated Blog, so I’ll keep paying the bills for the website and podcast episodes.
