I’m so conflicted about content. To be specific, part of me doesn’t want to mention or tag a brand if I’m not being compensated by the brand. Then, the other part of me wants to mention brands in my content to increase engagement.
It’s splitting my thoughts about anything I post online. I might use a post to brainstorm — aka talk out loud — some loose rules to help me become less conflicted.
I’m sure there’s a podcast or two out there that has some feedback on the argument, but I completely acknowledge that my content creation rules will be subjective.
