Achievement Unlocked: 12 Day Turo Trip

Last night, the HR-V was booked for a 12-day Turo Trip then picked up this morning. That’s the longest Trip since I began Turo in June 2021. New record alert!

The Turo app should add a sweet animation for Hosts in the app that triggers when a new longest Trip starts. Something with sparkles and fireworks. I would be very pleased with that.

This is the HR-V’s third Turo Trip. With this one receipt, it will pay its car payment and insurance for the month. This is very satisfying. Initially, I was worried about the HR-V’s earnings when it wasn’t getting immediately reserved after listing.

I modified the price based on the U.S. average for the vehicle year, make, and model. I used Turo’s handy application called Carculator.
