I think I’m going to create a better low cost home garage systems. It’s time.
It feels like it’s gonna have to be me. I think my two garage door should close faster and then it opens. Also I think it should be a lot quieter.
There’s some more thinking and drawing I have to do to get the idea out. What I’m sure of is that the metal chain can go away and be replaced with a belt. I feel like there should be some use of basic electromagnets to cut down on wheel friction which would cut down on noise.
I like the idea of the tracks. It’s just that the wheels are a hard plastic. Seems like an easy replacement for the hard plastic wheels are skateboard wheels (specifically, the material their made of) above and below a single track on each side of the garage door
