I’ve been making a big deal out of working out again. Just some basic overthinking.
I guess I’ve been thinking I need to jump back into it like when I did CrossFit workouts. That’s not necessary. Plus at my stage of strength and fitness, I would end up with more medical appointments and medications.
I’m slowly accepting how far I let myself go and that getting healthy again will probably take as long. Small bites – that’s the way to get back to feeling physically capable and confident.
