I dreamed a hurricane hit just outside of an obscure military base. I had just left the base flying around a town that looked like Denver, Colorado.

People were running in the streets toward the base, and the sky darkened.

I stopped flying and started running too. It felt like the right thing to do. Then, hail started falling as I was weaving between buildings with other people running back to the base. The pieces of Denver hurricane hail were gigantic. They were the size and shape of ice blocks that were frozen in Styrofoam bowls.

I had to take pictures of the gigantic, weird hail, so I got out my iPhone where the Instagram app was already open. It was the only time in a dream I remember having my phone.
