In my business, I’ve reached a point where I can say no. I’ve mentioned before that it’s a good feeling. I don’t take that freedom for granted — the freedom to choose the work I take on.
The next milestone I look forward to is when I no longer have to sell myself. Not in an inappropriate way. I mean that to say that a time will come where my services and skillset are sought after.
I won’t need to look for work. That’s where I get to next.
