I think we won my son’s birthday. The Murph Baby is 7 and has few worries in the work. I got to reminisce about each of the kid’s births to them.
This afternoon, I showed the kids the video of them meeting for the first time. My son was 2-1/2 years old when my daughter burst into the world. The two videos were captured on my daughter’s Day 2.
To summarize the videos, my son entered the hospital room with me, acknowledged his mom, ignored the thick-haired baby in her arms, and climbed into a rocking chair to swing himself casually.
They hadn’t seen the video. It was fun to watch with them.
I think my daughter was a little weirded out. After the videos, I showed them picks of her some days later when she started to get her face.
