In a Perfect World a Condemned Home Would Be Demolished by the City and Offered for Auction First to its Immediate Neighbors

My parents are officially the only people living on their street.

I feel the remainder of the block’s western lands upon which Castle Twin Pines now sits should be given to my Lord Father and the Lady JoAndrea to include the southern hill of Hickory Street unto the Bend of Two Hand Touch at the foot of Mt Joy unto the crossing of Red Rock and the narrow Ridge Road.

These lands should remain under the protection of Lord Phil of House Johnson for all time until his expiry wherein rule should then pass equally unto his three true born heirs — to include the bastard-born who was once offered his father’s name but humbly declined for reasons unrecalled but not without a calm air of “Naw, um good” — and their heirs.
