I missed a couple of days writing here – or anywhere else.
That’s ok. I won’t be hard on myself about it. I’m happy with how productive I’ve been.
Yesterday, I worked 4 uninterrupted hours on a free guide for Podcasting Blogger. Didn’t finish it. But the target is finish is Monday for it.
Today I took a break from it to work on Say More Multimedia’s website. I will be appointing to at least 3 Web developer coding schools next week and the following. Most likely they’ll look me up and ask for resume or that fancy word for portfolio.
I want to look legit, and I can’t do that with free themes.
In the second week of February, I made a big investment – big because I didn’t have the cash – in my Web Design and Web Developer work. I bought a Pro license for the Genesis Framework my StudioPress. I love it so far. They’ve put together a smart system with the base Genesis Framework that uses a child theme to sit on top to be edited.
If I didn’t have apps to build, I would probably be done with wanting to dive deeper into learning code. Being that you only modify your chosen child theme (Say More Multimedia is being built using Kreativ Pro), the main platform framework can be updated without changing your customizations and code.
I intend to put all my live sites on the Genesis Framework with the exception of a secret website I’m building on Wix.
I gotta learn Wix. It’s becoming a big deal.
