Someone jacked my quarters from inside the CRV. Photo: How I found the car. Pretty damn bold of them. My car is about 12 paces from my bedroom window on the first floor.
They left the Oakley’s tho – literally pulled them out of the ceiling compartment and left them on the driver’s seat. Which leads me to a super racist assumption that I’ll pass on articulating at this time. The other item on my seat is my garage remote.
I checked the garage. Honestly, I looked specifically for the Time Attacks. They’re still there.
Good thing I didn’t have the FitAID money bag in the house.
Like a tv detective, I surveyed the vehicle and detected no signs of forced entry. Must have been one of the rare time I forget to hit the button.

Three lessons learned:
- 1) Double tap Lock on the remote
- 2) Don’t assume an alarm going off is someone else car without checking
- 3) The person that took the coins needed them more than I did
Some good news for leaving home today:
I helped a young lady with a daughter change a flat tire.
It was more of an On the Job Training session, so we all know how to change tires now.
